1. LAPHING

Laping is a spicy cold mung bean noodle dish in Tibetan cuisine. It is a street food and is popular in Nepal.It can be eaten with red pepper chili, coriander and green onion sauce. The noodles have a slippery texture and are served with a soy sauce gravy. It is traditionally a summer food. A tool is used to shape it. The laping derives from the Sichuan-style liangfen.
2. SUI GYOZA

Sui-Gyoza Soup is popular to eat especially in winter in Japan. This dish will warm your body up in cold weather. Also the dish has a lot of vegetables.
Gyoza means potstickers and/or dumplings in Japanese. Sui-Gyoza is very common in China.
3. SIDDU

Siddu is a popular dish in Himachal Pradesh, and it is often consumed during winters with pure ghee throughout the state to keep the body warm and provide energy.Usually, it’s served with fresh mint chutney or dal. Different variations of this traditional wheat-based fermented bread are prepared in the upper hilly regions such as Kullu, Manali, Shimla, Mandi, and Rohru during special occasions or celebratory events.
4. TROUT FISH

If you love to fish, then the trout fish in Manali is not to be missed. One of the leading food attractions in Manali is the Himalayan trout fish. You have it fried, baked or as a curry. This sweet water fish will never let you down.
5. Chha Gosht

This is a very traditional Himachali dish cooked with mutton. Marinated in curd and spices and slow-cooked with ginger, garlic and gram flour, this local dish gives a feel of celebration. A must-try indeed!@
